Fankør

Fankør is a luxury café and restaurant whose mission is to develop a strong coffee culture in Ecuador - one café at a time. A culture that, despite the country’s deep connection to coffee production, does not truly exist there yet.

The coffee beans are carefully selected and sourced from small local producers across Ecuador, with a constant focus on serving and selling coffee of the very highest quality.

The gourmet approach is inspired by Nordic cuisine, which is why guests can also experience Scandinavian specialities such as rye bread, smoked salmon and more.

We helped Fankør with a design that creates a cultural collision between Ecuador and Scandinavia — where Nordic obsession meets Ecuadorian craft.
