From paper to screen

DBA is Denmark’s largest peer-to-peer marketplace and online commerce platform, offering thousands of second-hand items and new products for sale daily. Originally founded as Den Blå Avis, DBA has evolved from traditional print classifieds to a fully digital platform. To support the transition from paper to screen, and move the brand forward into a new digital-only era, we have led a redesign of the visual identity and set a new direction for user interface design across apps and platforms.

Striking a balance between approachability and functionality, the new design is tailored for digital environments, ensuring optimal user experience at every interaction. The logo preserves the heritage of the DBA brand while embodying the essence of community exchange, emphasising the concept of passing items on for new uses and value.
